i am a mother of a 3 year old so i am looking for ideas or hints on how to find a nanny , I did find this one web site that was alot of help.

Hi,

Thank you for your post.  Generally it's best to find a nanny through your friends, family or co-workers.  Hire somebody that theyr recommend and trust.  If that's not a viable option then the next best thing is to use websites such as SitterCity or Care where you can read parent reviews and request background checks.  The most important thing is to stay safe.
